Reader’s Digest has been selected for the 159th Royal West Academy show.
Reader’s Digest is a flourscape – framed archival photographic print and flour. The use of flour is intended to emphasise the unquestioning ease with which we ‘ingest’ language and translate it as thought. It also represents the potential power we have over our diet of words to enable permanent or temporary changes in thinking.
The show opens on Saturday, October 30th and runs until December 31st, 2011 in Bristol.
